For those who attend 2023 ABR, what was it like?

I have heard that this biking festival has become extremely successful, however, as is usually the case with very successful events, it becomes diluted and the spirit of the event disappears.
On that note, what is the event now like? Worth taking my children to or is it more of a 2 day no sleep type festival because of the noise and what is going on?
