I hate to say this of Ella ... but there was some lousy lip sync there at the end

Freemasonry, traditionally seen by Irish Catholics as associated with demonic practise, was considered to be another possible cause. Some people were of the opinion that Freemasons had brought up the devil from hell - and couldn't get him to return.

Ah, right. Explains it all. :D

I recorded gusts in excess of 170km at my house yesterday..... suffered no damage....but a lot of damage nearby with lotsa trees down and some cars flattened under trees. No fatalities thankfully.

Kilkenny was like a war zone yesterday with the amount of wind blown debris everywhere.
