Uk & EU Breakdown cover for bikes close to 20 years old

Premium ~£250 with European breakdown cover (35 day limits - more than enough for me), unlimited mileage and only a £50 excess (other quotes have been £400+ excess).

As a side note, I just wasted 45 minutes on the phone to cancel the auto renewal on my existing Bikesure policy. They insist you call.
They terminated my call at 5.35 as their offices close at 5.30.
I think I've cancelled it via online chat, time will tell.

I have personal cover with Britannia rescue. Give them the reg number of the vehicle you’re taking and bobs your uncle.

Just sorted this out, I'm currently with LV (Brittania rescue) for breakdown cover on my 2017 Super Tenere. I've just called them and this is how it works-
If you take out a new breakdown policy they will only cover bikes up to 7 years old (This is changing to 13 years apparently). however, if you have a policy and call to change bikes they will by all accounts accept bikes to 20 years old. So I've just done that, the cost to change the bike until my policy is due for renewal in May was £3.90p!
