Back home...

Arrived home last saturday after our 4 week holliday to Finland and Norway;
had excellent weather most of the time; 4 great weeks riding, swimming, fishing
and sightseeing. Started with the ferry Rostock-Tallin-Helsinki, then north
through Finland to Kirkenes and the Russian border at Jacobselv, then west along
the northern coast and mountains to the Northcape and back south over the e6 and
Senja,Vesteralen,Lofoten, RV 17 and Halsa,Geiranger,Jotunheimen to Oslo, where we took
the ferry back to Kiel. 1 broken fishing rod, 1 worn-out rear tire, 12 rolls of film,
8000km, white whales, sea-eagles, a sea-otter, jumping salmon, a lot of reindeer,
some excellent camping places and a lot of fun...

not one! Saw some Dutch and German 11xx GS's and an English
80st but no Scarvers!

So if I start ''The Norwegian Scarver Club'' I'll be the only member?

But that's OK; I'll be the president, the treasurer, the member of honour, and everything! I'll be the boss!!

I don't think that ruined your holiday; you did'nt came to Norway to find Scarver's, did'nt you?
