My mother was concerned in case it was me. However it wasn't, and I haven't seen or heard anything of such an event today. Anyone here heard anything?

I was out yesterday and got turned back at Bainton roundabout - road closed all the way to Wetwang apparently. Copper wouldnt tell me why?
Nice day for a blast though went up to the Moors then across to the seaside.

A member of the Fazer owners site who also happens to be a traffic cop has said both crashes at the weekend were "rider error into opposing traffic" and as a result officers in the north of east yorks have been put on "speed enforcement" duties.
