After a very mad moment...i have signed up to do race for life..

a very lovely person i know is living through cancer treatment and her bravery propted me to enter this race..

if you click on the link below my signature, you will also read that i am doing it in remberance of my father...everybody knows somebody who has been touched by cancer.........many more prognonsises are postive.and through raising money and awareness..long may this continue..


There said my bit...for those of you who do not know me....i do not even run or walk for busses..have recently lost 3 and half stone..and am trying to get fit..this will be a major thing for me to do!
