Help with Tomtom

I need your help !!!!!

I have been in touch with tomtom over the past few weeks trying to get my tomtom repaired (the usual shoe problem worn away) and they have finally agreed to replace it if I can now send them my proof of purchase.

My problem - I have lost my receipt and they want me to fax/photocopy/email a copy of it.

I have been back o the shop where I purchased it from and they have now changed hands and they dont supply them anymore nor are they able to supply me with a copy :blast

Anybody any ideas how I can get round this?? :beerjug:
 
Bank / Visa card statement??

You only need proof of purchase and they are proof!
