Why when I download the latest web updater does it then make my PC not recognise the Quest units I have? Pre the download all was fine.

Just tried to run the new firmware though the web-updater for my Quest. Initially it connected as usual but then reported that a new version of web-updater was available which it duly downloaded and installed before going back to the firmware update. Part way though this the USB divers decided to give up the ghost leaving my Quest hanging with a message on the screen, couldn't turn it off, the buttons doing bugger all. Re-set-up the USB drivers and ran web-updater again and thankfully it worked, installing the 4.10 firmware. Whilst web-updater connected to my Quest (the drop down list of connected Garmin devices) it gave it a rather odd name 'Quest B-B' something or other... a few worried moments there.
