We will go around a Loch, n up a hill n over some gravel n then have a bit o a blast on some twisties. It’s the same run I did last year. So please, 1- make sure that you have petrol :mmmm and 2- it can be a muddy track, a tad challenging, but in the world of GSing, n off-roading, It’s just a tad harder than a gravel carpark. Cept the views are better. Ask Rev Chuck or Trev. (Where is that photo ) :D :augie :D
I know why hismaj wants to come the now, he’s got knobblies on., n he kens that oor superdooper Mod is away on holiday and wont be there to show hismaj up. Is there an "Eye right" smilie?:D

Bike events . . . They're like busses, nothing for a couple of weeks then three come along at once :blast

On Saturday its the BMF Rally at Peterborough - that'll be around 700 miles on the 'K'.

On Sunday there is a BMW Club Northern Section tour of the Borders, starting at Tesco's car park in Carlisle at 09:00. That's a GS outing then :thumb2

There is also a BMW Club Yorkshire Section outing, Starting from Beverley on Sunday.

I'll give my apologies to his Royal Highness and 'do' the BMF and Borders events. Hopefully I will be free to join Ronno's outing to GC's new place later.

Have a good outing, I look forward to seeing the pictures.

We would have to be on the road by 1 o clock anyway. This run, with a group, shall take between 3 and 4 hours to complete. We will finish at Corran Ferry and can split North / South there to head home.

Not a problem, Sky+ is a wonderful thing.

So it would be a good idea to be at BNI for midday at the latest.

And where is Corran Ferry ? Think I've found it, south of FW on A82.

Rev Chuck
18-05-07, 09:00
To H.R.H. the High Heid Yin of Oonyakistan;
Sire,
one is one's humble servant,
and it becomes encumbant upon one to grovel on ones knees before your H.R.H.ness - which is not something that one is used to, or wants to get used to (if you don't mind one saying so) and confess that before it gets too late in the number counting or finding out who shall attend these illustrious premises in Fort Will - where of course the sun shall be shining because of one's imperial presence and one will put in a good word - that one shall not be in attendance with your royal personage due to a higher calling.
While this higher calling may seem strange to your royal, let one assure one that it does not diminish the high regard that one has for one, and one hopes that at some point in the future - probably at Glen Clova - one shall come across the H.R.H. of Oonyackistan, once more.
If one could be so direct to address the rest of one's loyal subjects and inform them in the vernacular of one's intentions for this weekend, one would be bold to say "One, I, cannae come! 'N it's no fair!"
One prays continued blessings on this jaunt to the trading station at Ft. William. A safe and enjoyable ride out to you all, or as the say here in the queen of the Borders toon - "Safe oot. Safe in!"

Nice shot Blair, thanks. Did you see anyone clean the section?
I know some of the spectators there. One of them left that big erection in our car park. :augie
I did notice the blue and white GS at the start of the tree line.

I would've popped in but was hurrying round trying to follow someone ... saw him at Lower Mamore, Pipeline, Achintee and Nevis Forest. I think I was more knackered than he was
