Ok Bob? :D

Thanks Bob, I'll take a look when I'm up in July.
Staying in Fortingall for 2 weeks.
Going to the BSB at Knockhill where my daughters boyfriend www.dwfmx.com will be doing a display also doing a few days work over at Elie on the east coast, then meeting up with the Lucky 7's as they ride down the A9 on Thursday 7th.
The last time I was at Rannoch station, I missed the train to Mallaig by 30 seconds and got eaten alive by midges.

Mike.

At last - after all those fruitless visits ! :clap

I even took the BMW Club Northern Section there in the vain hope that it was open. :blast

I must pay them a visit sometime - 10th June is a possibility, after lunch at the Log Cabin (unless I am on 'horse towing duty' again).

See you there ?

I'll check their web site to see if it has changed.

Bob.

I've always used the Station tea room - bit small but very pleasant
And the road up to it is yet another contender for worlds best road

Looks like the Tea Rooms in Glen Lyon as well - Obviously a tour of the "Tea Rooms of Scotland".

I think you missed the Fortingall Hotel Tea Room though !

Bob.

Pegasus,
I just love that place!
Great photos.

Where abouts is the track in the picture above Glen Lyon tea room?

Mike.

so you were the group the lady said we had just missed last Saturday?:thumb
Had to send the soup back for a re-heat but was worth it.

......."Where abouts is the track in the picture above Glen Lyon tea room?"........

Head back up the road from the tea room until you reach a dam wall, the track is just off to the left although its only a short stretch...
