Bought one of these . Good fit, nice and light . Good vis all round.
Quite noisy and leaks like a Bloody sieve apart from that its fine.

mine is really comfortable quiet.. most noise i get is from turbulence/buffeting from the screen.

No leaks at all plus good vents

i had a syncrotec before i got this one and thought the syncrotec was good
but the Multitec is better again

you must be unlucky.... take it back if it leaks

Adjustment on Multitect Helmet

Does anyone know how to adjust these to stop the rain getting in.. Please

mine's completely dry but VERY noisy compared to my old system 4.
Just a thought, the leak may be due to the visor not being properly clicked into position at the 'ear' end. I had this for a while before I noticed.

Shoie Leak

Adjusted now Just have to wait for a shower. Bit of a fag to adjust need 3 pairs of hands but he ho....

was just looking at one in On your bike near Aylesbury this afternoon.
(they also had a new and a 2nd hand FJR 1300 !!)

My syncrotec 2 needs a visor and at £40 I thought a new helmet would be better.
It certainly fits better but looks like an old open face with bubble visor to me.

Had a look at the Shoei website and noticed that they do a 'free helmet service' at various race meetings.

Not quite sure what to make of that

What are you not sure of, the helmet or the free service?

Shoei and arai have been doing this for years. you just pay for any parts that you need or sometimes if they are only small you get them FOC.
You get it serviced by a fully qualified shoei technician, these guys also do the racers helmets as well.
