It's a funny country, Morocco.
One of their sayings is that 'Morocco is a very cold country with a very hot sun'.....and that's not far wrong.
Those figures are fine for Marrakech, but go 50 miles south and you're several thousand feet higher...then you descend from the mountains and are on the fringes of the Sahara, but still higher up than anywhere in the UK....
We've seen rain and sleet in the Sahara, then a few days later sun that takes the skin off a ginger like me in a few hours.
