How do i up date the map in my nuvi 310?

Ok im being thick now my nuvi 310 shows I have

City navigator europe NT+v8
[1] UK & Ireland

So I see you guys have v9 but for the life of me I cant find it on the garmin site?

Would this be a free upgrade [unit registered in nov 2006]? or is it something I have to pay for do I download it or is it a disk?

AFAIK, the Nuvi doesn't come with a copy of MapSource and the cartography on a DVD in the box, so I'm not sure how (or even if it's possible) to update the cartography. I'd suggest giving Garmin UK a call on 0808 238 0000 - they seem to have many more people answering the phones these days, so you shouldn't be left listening to canned music for too long...
