Hello from Scandinavia.

Hi,
New member here from Sweden.
Will pick up a new GSA -07 tomorrow morning so my BMW adventure will start
in approximately 12 hours.:clock

Previous bikes have been.....
Yamaha TDM 850 -92
Aprilia Pegaso 650 -97
Kawasaki ZZR1100 -91
Suzuki SV1000S -03
Yamaha R1 -03
Yamaha TT600 -84 (still around)

Plan to take a trip to Norway after the 600 mile service - first real trip with
the new bike. Looking forward to it.

Where in Sweden and to witch part of Norway will Your trip go?

Was on Bomtreffen in Storuman this weekend and enjoyed the rain...

Hello and thanks for the welcome.

I'm currently living in Trollhättan in the western part of Sweden - no so far from Halden in eastern Norway.
Haven't decided yet which way to take in Norway, but I will definitely visit Bergen and if everything feel allright I will go for Trollstigen.

Visited Norway a couple of years ago with the SV and then I went like this:
Halden -> Horten/Moss -> Drammen -> Hardangervidda -> Haugesundsvägen/Röldal (very nice) -> Stavanger -> then followed the south coast back to Sweden. This year I will try to go a bit more to the north.

For me thats still a long way south!
