putting an image to a thread

Can anyone tell me how to add an image from my computer to the bottom of a new thread? it says on my user cp that im not allowed to add images.... Do i need to have the images on a website for the connection or is there a way of doing it like emails where you browse and then attach the image ? Thanks

Thanks anyway, i've now found the way to do it!!!!!!
