and a rear shot aswell of both boxes

the boxes are 2cm smaller in width but 4cm deeper than the touratech boxes and are 100% water proof I tested them at the local jet wash.

ali boxes

as for going into production, I don't think so somehow, it just would not pay it took too many man hours, I would estimate 40 hours on and off over 3 weeks , the worst thing is I don't posess
the right tools for sheet metal work,I had to cut the sheet ali with garden shears, you would be suprised how well they work, that was after trying with snips and a grinder which just left to many burrs,anyway it looks like im keeping the 1150 now so I will make some carriers for that so I can put them on there aswell. Andy.
