hey up Does anyone know if a 91 PD would have enough output to run heated grips heated waistcoat and maybe spotlights
I know that the later oilheads had 2 sizes of alternators 1 for the basic bike and 1 for the bike with ABS heated grips etc
My bike has no heated grips fitted at mo, or owt else :thumb

Grips and waistcoat :thumb2.

Spots or Fogs on top of that: :nono

Well unless you can keep the revs averaging over 5k

You can fit an HID headlight conversion or single HID spot as the 35w one is a vast improvement over the standard offering.

Or upgrade to the 400w alternator kit.

All I have to do now is decide which H/Grips, original ( if they are available ) OR Heil derrick / Oxford stuff
