can't get my clock to the right time.

tried:-

right click on clock

adjust time/date

but wont let me change the time on the up/down arrows

HELP!!

Can you set the time by selecting the digits and typing directly over them?

Otherwise, are you logged on with sufficient priveledge?

This can happen if your operating system gives each user thier own profile and you log in with a password, you may not be logged into the main account.

Change the Cmos battery on the motherboard that powers the bios setup.

You could always look at the clock on your video or microwave instead....but if you don't know how to set them either you are probably my wife so I'll shut up :p ....

thanks guys done it

stupid me didn't click on the digits before trying the arrows to change them :stupid

Go ...here... and get a free utility called SymmTime. It is free and has no nasty spyware stuff buried in it.

It runs in the system tray on your PC and frequently synchronises the PC clock with one of several atomic clocks on the Internet. Install it and forget it or use its more advanced features to display a multi timzone clock on your PC desktop. Top utility, I've been using it for a couple of years.
