Silver V70 estate on 07 plate cruising around at 5 below limit. LED built in to roof bars no other markings but usual jackpot lights hidden behind grill.

It;s been up and down the A34 for the last few days, seen in Abingdon and Didcot last night wizzing about, very sneeky with the lights in the roof bars....was behind me at Boars Hill roindabout, had no idea what it was until it 'lit' up and budged through the traffic......
