Looks bodgeable to me - for the short-term at least - but I'm no expert. I'd be thinking along the lines of a bit of hose, a bit of pipe and some jubilee clips.

Is there a bit of pipe broken off in the hose? If there is and without wanting to add to your pain, I'd be worried about bits of broken pipe which may have fallen down the tube  Hoping that no debris got far enough down and that any that did would still be in the hose itself, could you detach the hose from where it joins further downstream (7) and flush it through?

Might be worth pinging this guy on ebay a message - he looks like he's breaking a DR350.

Good luck.

I emailed him before i posted this up there was a set on ebay for months but i never bought them.
Think it could be bodged don't think there's a lot of pressure in the system.

Pipe repair or replace.....
I've done both on my 400.
Try to get a new original assembly, and it's 2 dollar to the £, and parts are no cheaper in the States than here. Give these a try:-

To do a temp repair you'll need to retrieve the hard piping and use a nylon reinforced (delivery type) hose 150psi rated. The banjos and lower union will just need a tee connecting and you'll be away.

I think it can be repaired Forry, in the meantime I'll keep my eyes out for a 2nd hand one...ya muppet:hide

The frame paint looks a bit scabby.

I'd use a Jubilee type clip and not worry.

HEL have most those parts in stock as they are used for the 1150GS front conversion. If you send them your old bits they make a direct copy.

Or...

"Advertise" your problem on TT as an indirect request by putting on these details I'm sure someone will have the bits you need.

Spoke to Timpo before talked me through temporary repair I'll hopefully get the bits in the morning .There's none on ebay at the moment :(

looks like any hydraulic hose specialist could put a new bit of flexible pipe on that.

keep the metal fittings & replace the rubber pipes. jubilee clips would be fine, but crimps (like original) would look better. done it myself with guzzi oil lines.

you do need the right hose though, not just any old thing. if you can't find anyone local, send it to me & i'll get it done down here.

I've managed to bodge it just now the only pipe I could get was reinforced air pipe.I know it's not the best but beggars can't be choosers ;)

Thanks for the offer Cookie I should be able to get it done at the local engineers popped in this morn but the lads in the workshop don't do Saturdays
If I'm stuck I'll be in touch :thumb

Thanks Forry

Rather than the crappy air hose stuff use BSAu rated reinforced oil / fuel hose - you can get it from halfords in various diameters and lengths. I use it on my old brit bikes oil lines and it works fine. The air hose stuff goes hard very quickly and then is apt to break....

That air hose may not be much cop when the oil gets warm, any hydraulic specialist should be able to help with the proper kit for the job.

Thanks for all your help I managed to get some proper hose in the end.
I wasn't keen on the air pipe either it would of done for an emergency but not long term.
I'll post a pic of the new pipe later just to prove I'm not a cowboy :augie
