Need a new jacket

I know there has been more threads than you can shake a stick at on this but give me 2 pence worth.
can't make my mind up what to get have had a look a some rukka's and fancied the armadillo but kind of expensive, had a look on aerostitch and they look quite promiseing and I'm in the states mid Jan so might be able to pick one up.
quite liked the dainese seymour jacket but not 100%.
I have a budget of around £400- and want to make the best choice.
Basically I want something that will keep me dry and very warm.
Not bothered about summer use as I will just get another one for the summer.
So not quite looking for the impossible.
So if you know of something that fits the bill then give me a shout must be enduro style length.

HG Cruise Jacket

Hein Gericke Cruise Jacket is well worth a look.
Never let me down once and believe me i have been in some heavy prolonged showers. It also has the benifit of two external waterproof pockets and all the usual bells and whistles and all for under £300 (i think)
It may not have the kudos of some of the Italian marks but it certainly makes up for it in practicalities (and yes,i did own a Dainese Gortex as well)
