Rear light out, went to my dealer, got new bulb, still did not work, me flapping in car park outside showroom, guy who sold me gs summons technician, he fixes problem at once, I ride home with big grin on my face, no charge sir, all part of the service.



Enough said.

Same thing happened to me at Bath Rd BMW in Bristol. Such nice people.

It's actually a plot. BMW build bulbs to fail. You go to the dealer, they replace it for free, you think "what nice people" and make sure you buy lots of expensive high-margin goodies from them in the future. Meanwhile for a 20p bulb and 50p of labour they have you hooked. Or am I just a conspiracy theorist and all round cynic?
