On the A1058 Coast Road, East/coast - bound in the temporary 30 limit for the roadworks...

...and later on Sandyford Road oppossite the Swallow/Imperial Hotel beside the cemetary..

...all in the space of 2 hours..

I passed it at the Imperial Hotel. Traffic was at a stand still so he couldn't have had much joy.

It's a Speed camera - it measures numerical speed. The absolute last thing it does is measure, or bring about any sort of safety.

They've extended it even further from the bridge now for no ******* reason. They might as well make the whole road 30mph.

vent my spleen

the money making exercise was there again today. ooh 30mph limit , lets see how many we can catch today. even seen plod there. haven't they got better things to do ? its hardly an accident blackspot ?. it's not like there's anybody working in the roadworks sat / sun. worlds gone mad. there , feel better now...
