Our local Goldwing club is organising a charity run on Sunday 20th April. The format of it is to offer sponsored pillion rides to 50 of Essex's finest grannies from Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford to Maldon and back.
The aim is to raise money towards the Broomfield Hospital CAT scanner fund. A worthwhile project to significantly improve the success of early detection of cancers.
Obviously the Wings will need all their bikes for the rides, so they have asked if other clubs can assist in providing marshals on the day.
So if you can spare a few hours, combined with a visit to the nicest town in Essex, please reply here or PM me.
