Got chatting with 3 bikers in the caff, they were down from Builth and set off for Brecon before me ... amazed to see their bikes, 2 H-D RoadKings and a Buell ... long time since I've seen a HD of any description out in Decemeber on a salt covered road

RESPECT!

Saw the same guys, plus a couple of Trainees a few weeks ago at X gates Cafe, Dennis tells me their part of the HD school at Builth, and the Gauge on the Norton (Recliner) that day read -2 C
over the pass twix Mahuntleth (sorry) and Llanidloes, and apart from an all weather type from Swansea we were the only bikers there at lunchtime, normally you struggle to get near the place for bikes. A BSA Gold Star and Royal Enfield (keen) arrived as we were leaving
