First find the image you want to attach.
Don't double click on it but rather right mouse click and select OPEN.
This should launch the picture in your Microsoft Photo Editor.
Select Image in the tool bar at the top.
Select Resize.
A pop up box should open where you can reduce the %. Bring it down to 25% and save it as a new image.
You should then be able to attach the smaller image to your thread.

Thanks for that Gecko,I must have been trying to resize my pics for posting for weeks! I've even set my camera to low res as i thought that was the only solution......
What Gecko said is the quickest and easiest way (and what i do too ) but if you want to get a bit flasher (and it's usefull for lots of other stuff too) try Irfanview......it's free, its very good and its at CLICK HERE
