Hi. Have any of you guys used " Barrie Robsons " dealership in York? They seem o.k. to talk to, but I have not used them yet. Any good or bad experiences out there?

Yep, I've been there a couple of times. Small, family-run, friendly place. I didn't buy my bike there, but I have had services done.
Workshop is very good, thorough and careful with the bike. Prices reasonable too, I've never felt ripped off. Only downside is that they only have one mechanic, so there is sometimes a delay when you want to book in services. Bear this in mind if you need a service doing before a long touring holiday, etc. However, I'd be slightly more worried if any dealers workshop didn't have a backlog, ie. because nobody goes there!
