extra large!

Hi Boffins

Either i have inadvertently f**ked up or my eldest son has been arsing around with my PC but every web page I look up presents itself in double sized text, including this esteemed site dear readers. I have to scroll both vertically and horizontally to read whole pages after maximising and some bits are off screen and will not come into view.

I have gone through the complete AOL help function and nothing there relates.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

On the Internet Explorer menu, select "View" then "Text Size" and change it to a smaller one...

....or he may have changed the screen resolution to 640x480 or 800x600. Right-click on the desktop, select "Properties", then "Settings" and change the slider to a higher screen resolution.

The Internet explorer remedy worked, text was set to extra large!!

As my son is the only one to use explorer to access his game cheats etc I have a good idea who changed the text size!
