Pyranees accomodation information please

Two of us will be touring the Pyrenees late July/early August (unfortunately the only time available)

Following an earlier thread we have booked to nights in Jaca and then intend following the N260 with the next stop probably in the Sort area for a couple of nights.

Can anyone recommend any hotels in the area?

Is it quiet easy to find a place on the N260 if we go on spec?

just spent a week in jaca,hotel aboira, nothing special but very secure garage,and some fabulous rides in the area

We had a couple of nights in the Hotel Sanchez in Ainsa, no garage but they locked the bikes in the swimming pool compound every night. Ainsa is a nice place, better than Sort I reckon. Nice rides everywhere in that area, try Ainsa to Alquezar!

the hotel Reel in Jaca as under ground parking,
Jaca is a nice place to stay with plenty of bars and places to eat.

Mike make sure you do the C1311 out of Tremp (Spain) and back and back to Tremp and back
I recon it was the best road for me - good twisties good surface plenty of ups and downs and all you would want - with no traffic to mention
could spend a few hours/gallons on that alone the 260 out of Sort east is good but more traffic

Im on the HUMM right now staying in Llavorsi at the Riberies hotel, 4 star, 71 euros pp B&B luxury room, lockable garage...
