Just a heads up for anyone who knows me. In 23rd June this year myself and a friend are embarking on a ride to raise money for a couple of charities. Since we are both raising money for different causes the details of them can be found at our website. http://overthetops.org.
We are planning to ride up and over as many mountain ranges as possible in 5 weeks including Morocco. We will also be partaking in the Horizons Unlimited Mountain Madness event in the Pyrenees.
Personally i have been supported by a number of local businesses and a couple of folks of the forum, ram-man and Bilco having generously offered aid in one form or another, so thanks to them.
We will be documenting our blog as regularly as possible and will be producing an extensive series of videos on our return.
this is how my panniers look so far...
Please check the blog and feel free to comment as we begin.. and look for the vids on our return...and if you feel like you wanto you can donate (its a local cause not national, and for an individual so possibly only local folks may have heard of the causes) from the links on the website.
