Bike jacks/ lifts.

Looking at getting a bike jack so i can get the wheels of the ground for some maintenance and came across these,

They both can handle 500kg, both same price,
Just wondering if any one has a similar jack and how well they work with the GS/Dakar.
Can get one of those motocross style lifts much cheaper (the ones where you press a pedal down and leverage lifts the bike), but dont think there up to lifting these heavy boys.
Also can the bike be lifted with the sump guard in place or is it best to remove it?

I use one of these bikelift does all the bikes in my garage oh, I use one of their Bike Grabs too.

I use the centrestand (or a paddock stand if you dont have a centrestand) and a trolleyjack under the bash plate

Ditto, well nearly.
Yes for the centre stand, trolley jack option but personally I wouldn't trust the stability of the paddock stand, trolley jack option.

I use one of these and one of those.
