try le belvedere municipal it overlooks the lake ,only about 10 mins walk from town if you run.e-mail . camping@ville-annecy.fr

Dinna ken aboot campaistes, as I've always crashed in cheap hotels in the area, but if you're looking for a good pint in Annecy, try the 'Captain Pub' in the old town. Great selection of beers and a great spot right in the middle of the old town.
