So, a New Year, the third CHAS run to Applecross. Actually - up until now, everyone has ridden there to arrive for Lunch on Sunday and then departed after handing over their contribution.
Last year - 2008, our Sunday fell on the weekend that Grangemouth shut down and although we had a "Chase-car" laden with spare fuel, we never needed it!!!
So guys, please put it on your calendar. Sunday 26th April, 12NOON, at the pub at Applecross - Wester Ross.....up the Bealach Na Ba. Most of us last year rode North and stayed at Lochcarron, had breakfast Sunday and rode up over the hill and had a great day.
Anyone need info on hotels, B&Bs or campsites....let me know.
