Saw some of these photos and thought I'd post them up if anyone is interested.

The first photo is robbed from Dakar Gal's "Following the Dakar 2009" ride report. It's the yellow bike, 146. Think he has a KTM 640 Adventure fairing bolted on.

Blue one belongs to Ivo: http://www.ivokastan.cz/ he changed to a 660 I think for 2009, the one you have is the 2007 entry.

Top yellow right is similar to what I tried to do with the front fairing. Not great IMHO and his looks like as bad as my attempt.

Bike 140 looks truely ace. It's obviously an E with the kickstarter but alot of it looks quite cheaply (but nicely) done. He's kept the standard speedo cable even, and the front fairing, and bought CF parts from eBay. The rear tank is the expensive part, the front is just a Clarke. You've got me looking on ebay again. :blast

I've hunted high and low for bike #140 but can't find the rider. The lists before 2005 are difficult to find.

I've been looking for a 640 Adventure fairing but with no success. Wouldn't mind having a go at fitting it. Mate it with one of the aqualine tanks perhaps.

Have a feeling it could be the 2004 or 2005 Dakar. Those years were backed by Telefonica

It isn't the 2005 but I can't find the 2004 list anywhere via google.

The 640 Adv faired bike is ran by the director of Suzuki Belgium. Suzuki must love that. :D
