Suspension set up

I plan to use my 450x for green lane use. I am an average rider who weighs 90kgs or so.

Whats the best settings for the suspension on green lane use ??

I cant take credit for this - Dave E had them on another post.I set my bike up for the enduro spec and swapped the rear spring to a 62 - ended up with a transformed bike,way better than the settings set up as new.I weigh about 90kg so I hope you have similar results.
