My Zumo 660 with the latest software is hooked to an Autocom Super Pro with Bluetooth dongle and a Sony Ericsson C902 mobile. 3.5mm lead from Zumo to Autocom. Mobile paired to Zumo,Autocom dongle paired to Zumo.

Everything works but the nav commands and phone volume are so so low, everything is turned up to "max" MP3's played on the Zumo are loud and clear. Also, after switching off the bike (everything powered down) my Sony Ericsson C902,although showing disconnected, has no sound or mic until I switch it off and re boot it.

Had a Zumo 550 before and everything was fine.

Any clues anyone? Anyone else bought a very expensive paperweight?:toungincheek

If you hardwire to the autocom rather than bluetooth volume will louder, mine hooked up to a intaride (bluetooth) was that loud either, hardwired everything is spot on, well except the bloody bluetooth to my phone (nokia 5800) pairs ok but won't reconnect once the zumo has been switched off then back on again, so need to manually connect everytime  new model phone and new model satnav it can't be that hard to make em compatable FFS!
