as per title :)
I am fed up with looking at the rusty std silencer (bloody suzuki build Quality :mad: it went rusty within 6 months of leaving the dealers showroom brand new in 2005)

I dont care for power increases or messing about with the carburation as she runs sweet as std

Stick another standard one on - then you know that your jetting is OK.

There is usually a selection on eBay.

had a good look, it is a shame they dont do the "cone-end" type silencers otherwise i'd order one tomorrow

i think i'll be going for a scorpion one like this

my quandry is no more thanks to a combination of Ebay and beer and a late night auction finishing time :rolleyes:

i hope its not too loud

fitted last night and tested this morning, it already has a "db dawg" fitted so i will leave that in for now (as you can see from the pic) will try it without it at a sensible time of day

nice and quiet on tickover and small throttle openings and then very sweet on wide open throttle

nice pops on the overrunn too :)


performance wise it does feel more responsive on the wheelieometer

i'll do some videoing over the weekend
