We are looking for a 3rd rider to join us on a 6 month trip.
The bare bones are.
Departure: 24 months time
Own bike, good camera skills (stills, digi & super 8 preff)
Able to use own initiative
Handy with tools
Not concerned with "roughing it"
Good sense of humour

I know it probably sounds quite brisque, but for the time being, there's no point in going o.t.t with all the details...

I know 24 months is a ways away, but best to get the structure down as early as possible.

Might be an idea to say where the trip is going, even a rough out-line, as "roughing it" might mean Afghanistan to some, north of the Watford Gap to others. :nenau

No, the route is London to London, either via Norway - Sweden - Finland - Pripyat - Volgograd - Kazak - Mongolia - Siberia - Alaska.
Alternatively Morocco - Libya - Egypt - Lebanon - Syria - Turkey - as above

A little more adventurous than Bognor, or Watford

In regards to your alternative route keep in mind the horrendously expensive carnet for Egypt ( i think it is the only country you mention that requires it)
