Hi...
I never thought i'd be posting here....
4 years ago after 25 years of my life revolving around bikes I sold my last bike (a KTM 640 adventure) and promised my wife that I'd given them up and cured my addiction. She'd stood by me as i managed to spend a fortune racing bikes and then a second fortune running a race team and indulged me when I decided it would be a good idea to return to racing and race supermoto's.
I stopped going to ADV riders and HU and got bikes out of my system or thought I had.... a few weeks back I happened upon Mike O's report from his trip to the colonies and I got this little itch...
I feel that maybe I should do a bit of touring...after all i can see Morocco from my bedroom window on a clear day...it would be a shame not to.....
So I am here to absorb all your knowledge then I'll be looking for a GS1100/1150 in a few months and maybe a 650 for the wife and then we'll plan a few euro tours over the next 2 years and as soon as my daughter heads off to Uni we'll plan a RTW...
