My youngest Kate is running in the London's 'Run to the Beat' Half Marathon today to raise monies for the above worthy cause .. she's doing it after seeing a tv programme highlighting this tragic situation so this is her way of contributing .. she's been training for six months so should get round ok ..
yes yes I know there so many worthy causes out there but if you've a spare pound she'd greatly appreciate it ... no pressure ... no guilt ...
