Sat Nav advise

I am looking to splash some cash on a GPS unit & rider headset.

My requirements are fairly basic.

Other than the usual GPS/SatNav function i am looking to pair the devise with my mobile and a head set so i can :

1. make and receive calls
2. Listen to route prompts
3. Listen to some tunes
4. Communicate bike to bike

Any suggestions or recommendations?
