Well done to all involved in Callums Road for their enterprise....

Doing a little fundraising myself this weekend.

No cooking, sailing, or jumping off piers required - all I'm doing is standing at a forestry gate, making sure no "undesirables" get through while the Siberian Husky Club of Great Britain is organising a rally in the forest, while holding a bucket with two Calum's Road stickers on it.

Not quite sure who the undesirables are, but today's takings amount to just over £80. Tomorrow will see at leastanother £80 which will come directly from the SHC of GB themselves, as a fee for minding the gate for the two days.

So that's at least another £160 - not much in the greater scheme of things, but another bite into my target. :D

Quite a bit of rain this afternoon...

...good test of my re-proofed HG suit... :augie

:blast Spoke too soon.

Just counted what was in my bucket today, three times, just to be certain.

Final takings £76.38. Not bad though, but don't expect as much tomorrow, since it's going to be mainly the same people again.

My spot today:

It was somewhat moist. :D
