i bourght a 660 on 2nd of november , whilst registering it the screen went blanc , tried all resets so rung up garmin, pleasnt helpfull staff on the other end, went threw it all with them , end up sending just the sat nav back on monday 23rd, received a new unit on wednesday 25th , complete with all the brackets and cables. thats what i call service, why go any where else for a sat nav one happy chappy
