Who Is The National Service Manager of BMW ?

Hi Guys,

No its not a complaint but I need to find out who is the National Service Manager for BMW Motorrad and if possible his email address.

I have been trying to find out where a particular audio plug is on a new 2010 R1200RT and despite the best efforts of my dealer expert and a phone call to someone regional we are still unable to track down the said plug?

I am now looking to pass this enquiry to whomever is the head man/woman on the BMW service side of things and task this person with taking it up with BMW HQ.

Any ideas who this is ?
