160 dollars for a light bar you can only hang lights under, no thanks.

In the future, I may make one for the 1200 if I get my hands on one for a fitting

So I could almost have 3 sets of MiGSel bars fitted , each with 4 lights mounted on for less money......12 lights for the price of 2 hmmmm seems like a good deal , and it would get me noticed in traffic too excuse me while I just pop out and liberate Iraq

You shouldn't judge the light bar based on price until you have one in your hands.

The bar has four mounting points which makes it extremely secure and very solid. The fit and finish are first rate. The bar also allows the rider to mount more than one set of lights. Don't trash it because it costs more than others.

The GS is certainly not an inexpensive motorcycle and there are other bikes out there that do the same thing for less money. I bought my GS based on durability and functionality. Your accessories should be of the same caliber.
