As it says.

I want to be able to transfer the unit between my bikes.

With my Quest I simply plug into an accessory socket on the front mudguard.

Is this possible with the 550/660? I have read in some reports of a lot of wires having to go under the tank etc.

Could do, it's just that using the canbus plug frees up the accessory socket for other things. It's also ignition switched, so means less pin corrosion too.

Thanks for that John.

I have 2 accessory sockets on the bike, so that's not a problem.
