I've just remembered why my Trials Riding Career never happened . Young Alexz Wigg is a nice Chap. I used to Bang Handlebars with his Dad, Julian, on Midland Centre Grass Tracks in the 70's .

Nice one Johnny ,I was on the West Highland Way last week and caught some of the trial on Rannoch moor next to the Ski Centre ,they got the weather this year it was gorgeous ,looked like a lot of fun for the guys going across the moor after the section,Walking was quite precarious all the same as they use the same track as the walkers and they ,re not hangin around.

Got to Kinlochleven too late to see any on the Monday but saw a few sections on the Friday. Weather was excellent

Managed the witches burn on Tuesday and Achintee on Saturday this year.
Well worth the effort.
Wee bit of controversy surrounding the scoring on a section with Garry Mac put a bit of a downer on things.
Felt for Dougie Lampkin who lost 27 points on Monday due to the hefty time penalties he had incurred through no fault of his own. He would have finished on 6 points otherwise and easily won for a third year in a row.
But its always been a test of both man and machine.
