New Heidi' product

Heidenau have developed a slightly more road orientated version of the K60 which they have dubbed K60 Scout.

It looks as though it will address some of the vagueness and movement when cranked well over on the road.

Sounds interesting, the rear looks very similar to the 'Mud & Snow' but the front tread pattern seems to have changed.

TBH though, I've had no real issue with the M&S on the road (until really worn, then they can get a bit scary ).

I wonder when/if they will be available as my understanding is that the M&S has still not gone back into production

M&S is in production as far as I know because I bought a pair of the new ones in May here in Hungary for just less than 100 GBP for my 1100GS.

However the Scout is not yet listed here in Hungary!!

have them on my 1200 gs and gone for the first propper ride in the dry.
had the usual "new tyre syndrom" for the first 30 miles but after that I must say....I'm impressed. the rear feels very grippy and even with sudden acceleration with a bit of a lean angle it just gives a bit and then the grip comes back.
the front is a bit spongier but i guess it will take a bit longer to settle in.......let's hope the biblical miles some guys reported in the US and Germany are at least half true.......... by the way payed €225 delivered to the door with pneus-online.ie
