Depends what you want... Hotel Sighisoara is good, Schneiderturm is good (they are on booking.com) ... or depending when you are coming... I am 20km towards Brasov and have spare room!

ohh and Brasov http://www.pensiuneastejeris.ro/ perfect with good bike parking, excellent brekky and an amazing cellar of distilled fruit juice!

Casa cu Cerb, right in square of the medieval town, which you get to up the cobbly streets and through the gates in the wall. Superb, and they let you park your bike in a corridor at the side of the hotel. Dracula's dad was born there too

Casa cu Cerb is where HRH used to stay ( in the rome with a diagonal beam over the bed!) .... but especially under the new manager... brekky is shite and service has gone downhill! Hotel sighi is the best place to eat - and Joe The Joker ( as the owner is known) is happy to park bikes in the terrace at the back...
