I have wanted to do the TAT for a while now and was hoping to go with Bilco but unfortunately that went away, so spoke to a friend and now putting together the trip with him starting next Summer.
Thinking of bikes to do it on thought about a classic and what better than a low milage 1800 miles from new 1981 XT 500 fully serviced, plated and brought into the 21st century for use now.
Pick it up in a couple of weeks.
Never had one before and so looking forward to it, now need to buy the Peaked Bell and Bellstaff!
